It is a language using which we express our system.
What are the types of Modeling Languages?
There are two,
- Graphical – where symbols representing concepts and lines representing relationship between objects will be used to define the system
- Textual – where standard keywords are used for defining system.
What is UML?
UML is a modeling language in software engineering. It consists of set of graphic design techniques which let us define our system in object oriented manner.
What is the difference between Class diagram and Object Diagram?
In Software engineering, we use class diagram to describe the structure of the system by showing what all classes our system contains, what each class consist of ( by means of properties) and what each class is capable of doing (by means of functions).
Using Object Diagram we define the interaction between the objects of those classes at a particular time.
For example – In inventory management system it will show how Customer Object uses Product Object at the time of purchase.
